How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding season dates. Popular dates tend to fill quickly.

What is included with venue rental?

Each venue package includes tables and chairs for up to 200 guests, outdoor heaters, umbrellas, and full access to the venue for your event. RV hook-up spots are also available for added convenience. Specific package details and enhancements will be reviewed during the booking process.

Do you offer on-site tours?

Yes. We encourage scheduled tours so you can experience the beauty of the venue firsthand, explore the space in person, and envision how your event will come to life. Touring Riverview Venue allows you to walk the grounds, take in the riverside setting, and determine if it’s the perfect fit for your celebration.

Can we bring in our own vendors?

Yes, couples and hosts are welcome to work with vendors of their choice, provided they meet our venue guidelines.

Is the venue outdoor or indoor?

Riverview Venue is primarily an outdoor venue, thoughtfully designed to celebrate its natural riverside setting. The majority of the entertainment and gathering areas are located outdoors, shaded by beautiful, mature trees that overlook the river and create a serene, intimate atmosphere. This open-air layout allows guests to fully experience the surrounding landscape, making each celebration feel both relaxed and unforgettable.
